WC300 Advertisers

Advertising Terms

These terms apply to businesses advertising or requesting advertising on WC300.

Last updated:

Applies to:
WC300 website, route content, forms and related services.

Advertising structure

WC300 standard place listings may include Free Listing, Basic Listing, Featured Listing and Premier Placement.

Vehicle Hire advertising uses Featured Listing and Premier Placement only. There is no Free Listing or Basic Listing for Vehicle Hire.

Premier Placement is selective, limited and curated. It is enquiry/apply only and cannot be purchased automatically.

Payment and review

Basic Listing and Featured Listing may be purchased online where available, but publication remains subject to WC300 review.

Paid advertising is monthly at launch. Other payment options may be introduced later.

Submitting payment does not guarantee publication if the listing is unsuitable, inaccurate, outside the route logic, misleading or inconsistent with WC300 standards.

Editorial control and house style

WC300 may write, edit or restructure advertiser copy in WC300 house style for consistency, clarity, accuracy and user experience.

Advertisers must not make unsupported superlative claims, such as “best coffee on the WC300”, unless objectively substantiated and approved by WC300.

WC300 may refuse, edit, downgrade, remove or pause advertising that is misleading, poor quality, unsuitable, legally risky or inconsistent with the WC300 experience.

Premier Placement

Premier Placement is designed around placement value, prominence and scarcity rather than dramatically different card styling.

Premier and Featured cards may look deliberately consistent for the benefit of the end user, while Premier receives higher placement value where relevant.

Premier availability may be limited by category, segment, route context, suitability and WC300 editorial judgement.

Failed payments and lapsed adverts

WC300 may retry failed payments.

If payment cannot be collected, the advert may be downgraded, paused or removed.

If an advert is downgraded, removed or allowed to lapse, WC300 cannot guarantee the advertiser will retain the previous Featured or Premier slot because another advertiser may take it.

Advertiser responsibilities

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their business information, prices, opening hours, images, claims, licences, permissions and services are accurate and lawful.

Advertisers must have the right to submit any images, logos, text or other material supplied to WC300.

Removal or refusal

WC300 may refuse or remove advertising where necessary to protect the integrity of the route, user experience, legal position, editorial standards or commercial fairness of the platform.
