Advertiser Proof & Listing Review Terms
These terms explain how private advertiser proof links and listing review pages work.
7 June 2026
Applies to:
WC300 website, route content, forms and related services.
Purpose of proof pages
WC300 may create a private proof page so a business can review the information held about it before publication, correction, upgrade, enquiry or removal.
The proof page may show how the business could appear across different listing tiers.
Proof-link validity
Private proof links are normally valid for 30 days.
After expiry, the page may ask the business to request a fresh proof link.
WC300 may revoke or regenerate proof links where needed for security, accuracy or operational reasons.
Available actions
A proof page may allow a business to confirm details, request a correction, choose Basic Listing or Featured Listing where available, enquire about Premier Placement, or request removal.
Vehicle Hire proof pages may show Featured Listing and Premier Placement only.
Tier previews
Tier previews are shown to help the advertiser understand presentation and placement options.
Proof-stage previews may use harvested or draft information and are not a guarantee of final publication, final wording, final design, final display order or final eligibility.
Corrections and approval
WC300 may review requested corrections before publication.
We may edit submitted wording into WC300 house style and may reject changes that are unclear, unsupported, misleading, unsuitable or inconsistent with the site.
Purchases and Premier enquiries
Basic and Featured options may continue to payment where available, then go through WC300 review before publication.
Premier Placement remains enquiry/apply only. A Premier enquiry does not reserve or guarantee the slot.
Removal requests
A business may request removal of a listing.
WC300 may need to retain limited internal records for administration, legal, compliance or audit purposes.
